Use of the service
MyColorAura provides personal color analysis reports for informational, styling, and entertainment purposes. You agree to upload only photos you have the right to use and to provide accurate checkout and contact information.
Reports are guidance
Color recommendations are subjective and generated from the information available in your photo. Results are not professional medical, legal, financial, or identity advice, and outcomes may vary with lighting, screen settings, makeup, and photo quality.
Purchases and credits
Paid reports and credit packs are fulfilled after successful checkout. If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to regenerate the report or provide an appropriate remedy.
Private links
Report links may be viewable by anyone who has the URL. Keep private links secure and do not share them publicly unless you are comfortable with others seeing the report.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or non-consensual content, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse engineer protected parts of the application.
