What we collect
We collect the photo you upload, the email address you provide, payment status from our payment processor, and basic usage information needed to create and deliver your personal color analysis.
How we use it
We use your information to generate your report, save your private result link, send receipts or service messages, prevent abuse, and improve the experience. We do not sell your uploaded photos or personal information.
Photos and reports
Your uploaded photo is used to prepare your color analysis. Your finished report may be accessible through a private link, so only share that link with people you trust.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party checkout provider. We receive payment confirmation and limited transaction details, but we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, upload, and report data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, and troubleshoot issues. You can contact us to request deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
